Project Management

Whether we are producing a prototype fixture or managing an install of a 65,000sqft store, our rigorous project management process ensures we deliver a quality end product, on time and on budget.

Our Project Managers are on hand to put everything in place and keep things running smoothly. We will help plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project.

We liaise with all other parties throughout, ensuring the clients projects are being delivered to the highest standard.

Logistics

We have experience in delivering projects across the UK and internationally, so we are familiar with customs requirements.

Our logistics team strive to always ensure an easy and punctual delivery of projects by producing delivery schedules and constantly looking for ways to optimise packing, loading and routes to save costs.

With over 140,000sqft of warehouse space we have the capacity to fulfil storage needs as well as being able to distribute goods globally.

Full Print Production

We offer full in house production and art working facilities and are equipped with some of the best printing and cutting machinery in the South West. Swiss Q, Arizona 480 XT, Zund G3 and Kongsberg C64 are just a selection of machines that make SmithBrewer at the leading edge of print production.

Our high level of technical capabilities allow us to complete short project turnarounds whilst maintaining quality end results.

Artworking

Our expert team of Artworkers create in-store print designs across multiple mediums.

All designs are thoroughly checked through our quality control system ensuring they are print-ready and meet the client and brand guidelines.

By correcting colours, placements, fonts and inconsistencies we maximise the potential of every design.

Manufacturing

All of the work we produce is made with very carefully selected materials of the highest quality. We pride ourselves on the many years we have worked with our consistent, versatile supply chain.

This flexibility is important as it allows us to produce an array of fixtures, fittings and furniture to suit client demands. From metalwork, to joinery, to illuminated lightboxes and signage, we have the ability to accommodate even the most intricate design concepts.

Installation

Our installation team are fully proficient in all aspects of shop fitting. We can provide a complete professional installation service across the globe.

Our fitters work collaboratively with our Project Managers team to help bring any project to life.
